About Us

At Pennington & Associates, we are a team of licensed, professional public adjusters, in business for the sole purpose of representing the interests of property owners who have suffered an insured loss to their home, business, or investment property. We work directly for the property owner as an advocate for their interests. Pennington & Associates believes that effective, experienced public adjusters are an essential element to obtaining fair settlement.

Since beginning as a loss consultant in 1994, Gary has worked on thousands of claims in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana. Gary is owner and president of Pennington & Associates and provides day-to-day focus on the progress of open claims and the needs of Pennington’s clients. Gary brings extensive experience in the mold assessment industry to the Pennington and is licensed as a public adjuster in Texas and Florida and has registration in Louisiana.

Gary has presented and settled an extensive number of residential and commercial claims in which he has significantly increased the settlement and recovery for loss victims. He has also worked with large condominium communities, hotels, hospitals and school districts. Gary has also successfully worked on behalf of insured’s who suffered losses in Hurricanes Jeanne, Frances, Katrina, and Rita as well as many other wind, flood and fire claims in Texas, Louisiana and Florida.

Gary is currently a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant in the State of Texas and has been a Certified Indoor Environmentalist, Certified Mold Remediator, Certified Mold Loss Prevention Specialist, designations issued by Indoor Air Quality Association. He has also been designated Certified Foundation Repair Specialist, issued by the Foundation Repair Association.

Gary specialty is in litigation support and he has testified more than 300 times for property owners in suits against insurance companies.

Gary works closely with each individual client by keeping the client informed of all progress on the claim. Gary works diligently to remain available, day or night, to listen to the concerns and questions that Pennington & Associates clients may have. Gary’s role as Senior Loss Consultant requires him to stay in constant contact with the insurance adjusters as well as the Pennington & Associates team to resolve claims as expeditiously as possible.
