When you hire Pennington & Associates as your loss consultant or public insurance adjuster, we will assist you in measuring, documenting, and presenting a claim or claims to your insurance carrier and assist in returning your property to its position prior to the damages being suffered. Our specific services shall include:
1. Obtaining outside experts, engineers, contractors, and consultants on your behalf.
2. Documenting damages and presenting them in a claim or claims to be submitted to the insurance company.
3. Explaining each claim to you, the policy holder, the insurance representatives and advisors.
4. Assisting you and your representatives or contractors in meetings with the insurance company.
5. Discussing the work and cost elements with you, the insurance company representatives and advisors.
6. Defending our estimates and evaluations and analyzing those prepared by others.
7. Advise you as to whether settlement offers will provide adequate funds to complete repairs and pay all costs incurred by you in the rebuilding effort.
8. Working with your contractor and other representatives as may be necessary on your behalf.
